WATER THERAPY
Water Therapy is a combination of Aguahara, Water dance and Wataflow with our personal touch.
Water is an element that carries information. Water activates your memories, like visions, images, colours and past events.
This therapy is an open door for you to reconnect with the source, your inner water, to travel back to the past and connect with your emotions, your fears, your childhood and memories. To find that place where you felt loved, protected, warm and in peace.
We combine our experiences with meditation, movement, breath work, Reiki, somatic work, swimming and integration to support your journey and create the best container to feel listen, seen and safe.
The practice will make you feel as if you're in your mother's womb once again.
